| I was on location to follow up on an oil release from 6/18/13.  Vanguard was on location and had steamed out the inside of the 100 barrel tank and inside the dike.  The oil and water were collected in 2 sumps inside the dike for removal.  The affected soil has been removed from location.  They did not find any leaks in the tank and thought someone could have intentionally cracked a valve open.  I instructed them to lock the valves or install bull plugs in the drains.  They said they would use bull plugs.  This clean up continues.  No violations.

| I received a call from Russel Miller on 6/18/13 about an oil release at this well.  I  met Russel this morning to investigate the spill.  Approximately 10-12 barrels of oil leaked out of a 100 barrel stock tank.  Most of the oil remanied in the dike and was removed with a vac truck but 1-2 barrels of oil had migrated under the dike wall and ran down the lease road toward the pumping unit.  The oil remained on location and did not enter any waterways or drainage tile.  The impacted areas comprised 2-10'x10' zones where the oil had pooled.  Peatsorb and pads were used to collect the free oil and the impacted topsoil was bladed into piles for hauling.  Two sumps were dug inside the dike to collect oil from the saturated gravel.  We were unable to determine if there was a hole in the tank and Russel was going to have it steam cleaned in the morning.  I suggested that he also steam inside the dike and collect any free oil in the sumps so it could be removed.  The side of the dike that leaked will need to be excavated and repaired to prevent leaks from migrating out of the dike.  I will check back tomorrow on the progress of the clean-up.  No violations.

| I was on location to follow up on an oil releases from 6/18/13.  The sump on the north side of the dike was still in place and collecting residual oil.  I noticed some sheen on the lease road and some globs of oil in ruts in the road.  I placed some absorbent pads down to collect the oil.  I called Russel Miller and told him they needed to get the free oil cleaned up before it rains again and he told me he would send someone out to take care of it.  This clean up continues.

1031178035 2013-07-15 I was on location to check the status of the site following an oil spill on 6/18/13. The pumper was on location and I showed him several areas that needed to be addresed. 1296530603 2013-06-24 I was on location to check the clean up status of this well location following an oil release on 06/18/13. The dyke has been rebuilt to address the area that allowed oil to seep under the wall. A sump is still present in the north side of the dyke and contains visible oil. This clean up is progressing. No violations.
1371672986 2013-06-19 I received a call from Russel Miller on 6/18/13 about an oil release at this well. I met Russel this morning to investigate the spill. Approximately 10-12 barrels of oil leaked out of a 100 barrel stock tank.
