| During a status check of this well I found that the posts for the lease road gate had been set off of State Route 82.  Posts had been placed around the pumping unit and were awaiting the fencing to be placed on them.  The area around the well has been reclaimed, seeded, and is beginning to fill in with grass and clover. The tank battery for this well is located at the Craver-Nedalka #1.  No violations.

| On location to witness cementing of the 4.5" production casing.  Poulson Drilling drilled the 7.875" hole to 4396' at the kelly bushing.  They ran 4391' of new 4.5", 10.5 Lb/ft production casing and Petroset mixed and pumped 200 sacks of Class A cement.  See cement report for more details.

| On location at 11:30 A.M. to witness the testing of the blow out preventer (BOP).  Poulson Drilling closed the BOP at 400 psi and charged the annulus to 180 psi.  Pressure held for 15 minutes with no observable leak off.  The test passed and Poulson Drilling can drill out from under the surface casing.  The pits were in good condition and had plenty of freeboard.  No violations.

| I was on location to check if a gate had been installed on the lease road.  Steel poles had been installed on each side of the road, but the gates had not been put in.  I called Alan Lorinchack (Summit Petroleum) and asked to get the gates installed within a week.  He said he would take care of it.  I will check back next week.  No violations.

| I performed this status check inspection to check the progress of the installation of the surface equipment following completion of the well the previous week.  I found a pumping unit on location and it had not yet been spotted over the wellhead.  A trailer with used rods and tubing was on location waiting to be run into the hole.  Four frac tanks and one flow back tank were still present on the  location.  The lease road was in good condition.  No violations.

| On location at 1:00 A.M. to witness cementing of the 8.625" surface casing.  Poulson Drilling ran 6 joints of new 8.625" surface casing.  Petroset rigged up, established circulation, and cemented 264' feet of surface casing with good cement returns to the surface.  Poulson Drilling was told to wait 8 hours for the cement to thicken and reach an appropriate compressive strength before breaking off.  See the corresponding cement report for further details.
