| The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing.  The well is idle and unidentified.  There is a 100 barrel tank at the well location.  The landowners address is 211 US Route 42.  I spoke with Rod Gray who indicated the property was his mothers.  He further stated his dad emptied out tanks on their property several years ago and that they dont want the wells placed in production.  He stated his parents aquired the mineral rights to prevent companies from using the wells but he was unsure whether his dad also aquired title to the wells.  I explained registration requirements and the orphan program to him.  Rod can be reached at 330-201-7869.
