| H&P 290.  At 2820' while drilling on air encountered @4000 units of gas.  Initially killed well with mud.  Tried drilling out on fluid, then lost circulation and continued to get gas.  Set 2 - 500' cement plugs and capped well.  Skidded over to Hess 2H well.  Currently no pressure on 5H well.  At this time no plans made to continue on this well.

| H&P 290.  Tripping in hole now to resume drilling lateral.  Had previously hit large gas due to fracture encountered at 2820'.  At that time set  two (2) 500' cement plugs and moved off hole to drill other wells on pad.  Drilled offset of cement plugs to avoid fracture.  Company Man indicated that some mud loss was observed at same depth (2820'), but no gas kick occurred this time mainly because this time drilling on fluid.  TD proposed is @ 13,300'.  7" casing was set at 3317' with 44.1 bbls cement.  FIT run @ 3317' at 1121 psi on 8.5 ppg = 15 ppg EMW. Drillers log on site and up to date.

| Follow up on Well pressure on well.  Well has been capped due to high pressure encountered while drilling on air at @ 2800'.  Two cement plugs have been set to seal off gas.  There are three gauges on the capped well.  All three are showing no pressure at this time.

| At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:10 a.m., the cellar was about half full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 623psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

2047097 Primary Facility 2012-02-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted H&P 290.
2047100 Primary Facility 2012-02-29 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Follow up on Well pressure on well. Well has been capped due to high pressure encountered while drilling on air at @ 2800'. Two cement plugs have been set to seal off gas. There are three gauges on the capped well. All three are showing no pressure at this time.
2065316 Primary Facility 2012-05-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted H&P 290.
