− | + | | Today's inspection, 8/11/17 was conducted as a routine complete inspection. All 3 wells appeared to be in production. Compressor was running during the inspection. Gas utilized to run the compressor appears to be taken prior to the metering station. All three cellars were full of water with bull frogs living in each one. Site appears to be well maintained with no violations noted.

− | | | + | | I performed a RTNC inspection of the Noble well pad. The weather was hovering around freezing to slightly below freezing and the skys were clear and sunny. |
− | + | The access road was frozen and solid with no runoff observed. The well pad access gate was secured. The pad surface itself was frozen and partly snowcovered.
+ | The well pad appears to be in the midst of a modification, as the outer areas of the fill slopes were regraded and mulched, and matted on the steeper areas. The slopes all appeared stable. 2647856 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-11 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today's inspection, 8/11/17 was conducted as a routine complete inspection. All 3 wells appeared to be in production. Compressor was running during the inspection. Gas utilized to run the compressor appears to be taken prior to the metering station. All three cellars were full of water with bull frogs living in each one. Site appears to be well maintained with no violations noted. |
2812773 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-10 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I performed a RTNC inspection of the Noble well pad. The weather was hovering around freezing to slightly below freezing and the skys were clear and sunny.
The access road was frozen and solid with no runoff observed. The well pad access gate was secured. The pad surface itself was frozen and partly snowcovered. The well pad appears to be in the midst of a modification, as the outer areas of the fill slopes were regraded and mulched, and matted on the steeper areas. The slopes all appeared stable.
