Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2215084 Primary Facility 2013-10-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Sidewinder rig 58
2233400 Primary Facility 2014-01-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2346330 Primary Facility 2015-02-18 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2647856 Primary Facility 2017-08-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today's inspection, 8/11/17 was conducted as a routine complete inspection. All 3 wells appeared to be in production. Compressor was running during the inspection. Gas utilized to run the compressor appears to be taken prior to the metering station. All three cellars were full of water with bull frogs living in each one. Site appears to be well maintained with no violations noted.
2812773 Primary Facility 2018-12-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Noble well pad. The weather was hovering around freezing to slightly below freezing and the skys were clear and sunny.
The access road was frozen and solid with no runoff observed. The well pad access gate was secured. The pad surface itself was frozen and partly snowcovered.
The well pad appears to be in the midst of a modification, as the outer areas of the fill slopes were regraded and mulched, and matted on the steeper areas. The slopes all appeared stable. The mulch was applied evenly and thickly with no bare areas visible. There were old slopes visible with vegetation on them in profusion and no bare or unstable areas noted.
The wells were properly labeled, and there was a compression unit running on site.
    There were no violations noted.
2852393 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Noble well pad on March 12. The weather was flurrying and about 30 degrees. The sky was mostly overcast.

The access road was solid and stable. The well pad was snowcovered and stable.

A portion of the site has been reclaimed and was well mulched and stable. There were PCSMs constructed as well, which were blanketed and stable. The fill slope was well mulched and stable.

The cut slope was vegetated and had no erosional issues apparent. The site, in general did not appear to have any erosional issues at the time of inspection.

The wells were clearly labeled.

There were no violations noted.
