| On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank, one 100 barrel brine storage tank and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. The pits were closed, the soil was graded out to the approximate original contour and good grass growth was established over 85% of the location. The area around the dike and the walls of the dike were seeded and strawed with grass growth starting. This site passes preliminary restoration.

| On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor and electric was intact. The polished rod and stuffing box was dry and the unit was overgrown with weeds. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel steel tank and one 100 barrel steel tank in an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tanks. There was no identification posted for the well. I spoke with Perry Derr at the Derr Farm who claimed that this well had done nothing since it was drilled. The annual production reports show no production over the life of the well. I called Rex Baker and he said that he would apply for a plugging permit and plug the well.

1545436808 2012-10-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank, one 100 barrel brine storage tank and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. The pits were closed, the soil was graded out to the approximate original contour and good grass growth was established over 85% of the location. The area around the dike and the walls of the dike were seeded and strawed with grass growth starting. This site passes preliminary restoration.
1851175045 2017-08-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit.
