1694139 2008-03-07 No Violations Noted
1815232 2009-07-24 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 03/05/08. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Minor erosion was noted on the upslope side of the access road. The Department recommends that the operator address this small area before it develops into a larger erosion problem. The vegetative cover on the upslope side of the side appeared to mee the 70% uniform coverage criteria, and the rock and vegetation below the well-pad was resiting accelerated erosion & sedimentation.
1901234 2010-07-26 No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be insound condition. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the well-site. Noted minor erosion associated with the access road that required routine road maintenance to correct. The specific area of concern was on the right side of the road as you approached the well. Runoff had been collecting there and was beginning to cut a ditch into the edge of the road.
