Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1909894 2010-08-31 No Violations Noted Well site staked. Site not constructed.

Request for waiver of distance requirement from an unnamed tributary to South Branch Plum Creek and an adjacent pond. Inspection revealed a cross drain culvert installed across Morrow Road directly upslope of the site could be a source of potential E&S issues on the site and needs to be addressed in the E&S plan. There was evidence of large volumes of water being concentrated by the culvert during rain events and wet periods of the year. Discussed this with consultant Tim Botsford. Revisions to the E&S plan were received to address the above concerns. Revised plan should protect stream and pond from adverse impact during site/well development if properly implemented and maintained.

1928928 2010-11-18 No Violations Noted
1931181 2010-11-18 No Violations Noted Site id sign in place. E&S plan on site. Well is not equipped for production (well head only).

Waiver of distance restrictions from an unnamed tributary to South Branch Plum Creek and an adjacent pond approved on 8/31/2010. Access road ok. No signs of accelerated erosion running off road or site. Drill pit and small frac pit appeared sound, and had adequate freeboard.

  • Spoke to operator representative about some minor E&S issues, minor pit issues, and the installation of rock at culvert outlets and ditches
   at restoration of the site.
