-1271772368 2012-09-07 I completed a production preliminary restoration well inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification sign. The production equipment had the proper spacing, the proper dike was in place, all pits had been filled and all debris removed. The well site was stable and vegetation was well established. This is a non-urban well, because it is located outside the Newton Falls City limits. The well reached total depth in June 2007. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This well shares a lease road with permit number 2-0068 and was in good condition. Inspection passed.
