753112845 2013-08-26 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus valve is open. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of three 210 BBL production tanks, two 100 BBL brine tanks, and two mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road are being shared with permit number 2-1849.
