-1408336436 2014-06-26 Inspected production well on 06/26/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank on a gravel pad. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. The well is shut-in, and the location shows evidence of recent work. Another 100 bbl steel tank is located near the wellhead, but there is no identification posted on it. Ralph Gregory with Bass Energy was notified of the need for identification at the tank closest to the well and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1226430588 2013-05-20 This is a pump jack well. Have placed call to producer to determine their intent as well has shown no production in several years. No other problems apparent at this time.
