-1824551006 2012-09-24 The unit consists of a 2-tank battery (TB) with mechanical separator with plunger-lift at wellhead. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valving and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. No evidence of anuular disposal. The tank battery dike is adequate. The unit ID is good. No violations noted.
1726032390 2013-09-12 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The fence around the wellhead needs repaired. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There is no identification on location. The lease road is in stable condition. The well is in production but has not met the minimum production requirements since 2008. I will contact the company about the issues.
