1363086253 2013-03-11 I am checking this well for Tom Hill. I was advised that a request for information had been made. My inspection of the well found that it is in production. There is a 210 bbl production tank which is more than 1/2 full. The well is a rabbit well and the well has at least 700 P.S.I of pressure. There is also a production chart which shows the sales line pressure of 50 P.S.I. as a constant. The Production tank has a 30 ft x 20 ft x 24 inches high dike around it. There is no pollution around the well or the tank. The tank has proper identification and I found no violations at this site today.
1821550171 2014-03-19 I am on site today to check this well to see if anything has changed due to all of the pipeline activity. The pipeline being installed near this well has not impacted it as far as I can tell. There is an electric line running across the ground which is connected to the 2" inch line for the house meter. It is not up to code and needs to be disconnected ASAP. The electric line is running under a wire fence and could electrocute anyone touching it. The tank and the well has proper identification and all of the equipment is in place to produce the well. 9-9-02
