1175186430 2007-03-29 Operator on site. Access has been made from Dutch Road across old railroad bed to well. Old oil and gas rig that was near well has been removed. Well is gas only with 4 inch pipe and 8 inch conductor pipe. Odor of sour gas around well and gas ignited on top of casing when flame placed above casing. . Bob said obstruction was encountered at approximatelt 260 feet. Will move equipment in today and begin cleaning out well next week. Well will be allowed to vent until then but valve will be placed on casing so open well casing is not exposed.
1175697797 2007-04-04 Well appeared to be primarily a gas well. Only a small amount of oil was encountered. Pumped 100 sacks of cement into well thru 1110 feet of tubing to bottom of well which was approximately 1110 feet deep. Water circulated to tank. There is 4 inch and 6 inch pipe in the well as well as 8 inch conductor pipe. Today's cement was for bottom plug. The 4 inch pipe will be removed before cement is ordered for top plug.
1175793633 2007-04-05 Cement pumped on 4/4/07 set at 410 feet below ground elevation. Operator removed 280 feet of 4 inch pipe including packer. Pumped 83 sacks of cement into well until cement circulated in tank. Cement settled in pipe approximately 1 foot below top of pipe. Discussed seeding and restricting access to site.
1181766869 2007-06-13 Checked site for final restoration. Entry way has been seeded and vegetation growing. The access lane cleared to the site was on an old railroad bed and has adequate stone on the surface. Site has been graded and all equipment removed.
