1386688026 2013-12-10 My inspection found the proper dike built to meet containment requirements. All the overgrown weeds were removed per my request.
141369941 2013-10-09 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 75 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The entire tank battery was overgrown with weeds. I was unable to inspect the dike, because of the weeds. The proper identification sign was posted. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in good, working condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Jim Adams, well tender for Kleese Development. I instructed Jim to cut down the weeds for a proper inspection of the dike.
