-83270629 2013-03-19 The well is equipped with a concoil wellhead. There is a chain link fence surrounding the tank battery. The dike is in good repair. The tank battery consists of two 210 BBL production tanks, a 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. One of the production tanks had leaked oil and brine but the dike is containing it from leaving the location. I notified the well tender for Enervest Charlie 330-365-7959. He said he was on his way over to the location. The proper identification is on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road is being shared with permit number 2-0600.
1363898638 2013-03-21 The well tender had the brine and oil removed from inside the dike. Once the weather gets warmer he will have the old tank removed. He will also have the oil saturated stone and soil removed and replaced with new stone. Nothing else has changed since my last inspection.
1367498799 2013-05-02 My inspection found both of the 210 BBL production tanks have been removed from inside the dike and replaced with a 100 BBL production tank. The contaminated soil and stone has been removed and replaced with new stone. I contacted the well tender for Enervest about the tank not having an identification sign. Nothing else has changed since my last inspection.
