-1044183792 2014-07-28 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 was drilling an 8.75 inch diameter hole and beginning their curve at a depth of 6876 feet.
-1768070630 2014-07-30 On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Justin Smith, I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 was drilling an 8.5 inch diameter lateral hole at a depth of 10170 on 10.5# mud with a planned td of 16190 feet. We met with Company Men Jimmy Stewart and Chuck Restelle no issues at the time of inspection.
-819249999 2014-08-12 On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Brandon Trigg, I witnessed that the sump valves were open and draining unattended as the rig was rigging down. Discharge water was tested with Quantabs which read 130ppm. I received phone call while on site from Drilling Superintendent Scott Treadway and discussed the sumps not being monitored. I stated that someone needs present to monitor water while discharge is taking place. At that time the tool pusher was instructed to close valves and lock in the closed position.
1326965664 2014-05-29 On the day of my inspection I witnessed Rocky Mountain Drilling Inc. drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 110 feet and ran 110 feet of 26 inch 102.63#/ft. conductor pipe. Stingray Cementing was on site and gained circulation with 56bbls of fresh water. Stingray pumped 15bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented pipe with 240 sacks of class A cement. Good returns of 8bbls and cement stayed surface.

512585043 2014-08-11 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 had cemented 5.5 inch production casing yesterday and were in the process of rigging down. Nomac Drilling Rig #311 is moving to Monroe County.
