1243507809 2013-01-16 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit with the proper identification sign. The tank battery was surrounded by a weathered dike; however, it meets containment requirements. It contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, concrete brine storage tank, and two separators with 7 day production charts. The well shares the tank battery with permit number 2-3027. There was a bull plug in both load lines on the tanks. The lease road was in good working condition with a gate at the entrance. The production records were up to date on our database. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
