-1802992638 2013-08-22 I was on location with Helen Halter. My inspection was due to a complaint filled by Helen in regards to idle wells on the property. The pump jack has been removed from the well. The domestic valve was cracked open. The production side was shut in. The area around the wellhead was covered in crude oil, paraffin and salt crystal were evident. Review of production records for the well showed that the well made 34 barrels of oil in 2012. The well is in production. The area around the wellhead needs oil, paraffin and salt removed. This material needs disposed of in an approved solid waste facility. Clean soil and gravel needs to be placed around the wellhead. This report will be sent to the operator along with pictures.
