-315099319 2012-08-28 On 8/28/2012, I conducted an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and no identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I called Tim Cosma at 330-853-9565 and was informed a new sign would posted within the week.
-851090489 2012-10-25 I conducted an urban production well follow-up compliance notice inspection. My inspection found the wrong permit number posted at the tank battery. I called Tim Cosma at 330-853-9565 and left a message for the correct permit number to be posted. I will re-inspect by 11/05/2012.
