1804203 2009-06-10 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW discharge issues at the site. Based on records, well drilled 2/19/98 to a depth of 3834 feet and maintains an active permit status. During inspection, proper tag displayed at well head. Permit number needs changed to 111-20219. Well head assembly consisted of 7﾿ pipe retrofitted to 2﾿ production piping with 3 shut off valves. No signs of leaks around well head. During inspection, Dan Mough (Enervest) arrived at site. DEP requested fitting attached to 100 bbl brine tank for the brine line be replaced or tightened to prevent any leakage. Moderate corrosion occurring on production piping. Line pressure showing 30 psi and casing pressure showing 300 psi as off data logging unit.
