2151851 2013-02-25 Pending Inspection the result of a complaint filed on 2/21/2013. Complaint consist of pipe left on site and erosion issues on access road. At the time of inspection the Department observed a rutted access road. The Department suggest the Operator regrade the access road and line with clean durable rock. The department also observed approximately 75 individual pipe each 35' in length stored on the well pad adjacent to the brine tank and well apparatus. The Department suggests the Operator remove the pipe or submit documentation signed by the land owner stating prior permission granted for the storage of pipe. At the time of inspection the well appeared to drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus and brine tank located on site appear to be in sound condition. The well pad area appeared to be restored. The Department also suggests the Operator remove any and all remaining silt fence associated with the well pad and access road.
