Well appears to be in production at this time. Site is restored and vegetation has achieved 70 % uniform coverage. The access road is in good condition ﾿ BMPs in place. The Department requests that the operator pull the silt fence when 70% uniform coverage is achieved.

1910712 2010-07-30 No Violations Noted On July 30th, 2010 I visited this site as a routine inspecton. Drilling was completed 03/13/2007. The well was in production. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition. The site was well vegetated. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
