1397737222 2014-04-08 I inspected the well site and found the well head to be constructed with a Christmas tree valve and piping. There are six wells at this site. The condensate tanks and piping runs were all intact with no leaks. The spray lined steel containment around the condensate tanks had rain water in it with no visible contamination. The diesel power unit was found to have excess oil in the spill containment under the engine. The pre-heater unit had no visible issues. While I was finishing my inspection, the contractor was there to clean up the oil under the diesel engine. No oil reached the ground. The lease road is stable condition and the site is well secured with two locked gates. No violations were found.
