A 200 foot Class A cement plug was setfrom 3613-3760 feet to serve as a Rip plug and Lime plug. A plug was set around the Berea from 1814-1614 feet, and around the bottom of the surface casing from 1360-1160.

-983033518 2014-09-11 Covered bottom hole plugging activities for Athens County Inspector Josh Garland. Chipco was the plugging contractor on location. The bottom hole plug was set through 2 tubing from 5003'-4603' using 30 sks class A cement and 11.8 bbls of freshwater displacement. A cement ticket was received upon finishing the bottom hole plug. Chipco will trip the tubing out of the hole and rip the 4.5 casing near 3750' in preparation for a Big Lime/rip plug.
