-1958003589 2012-01-09 On 1/9/2012, I performed a status check on the above well. The well is in production, the site is reclaimed and identification signs are posted. The Preliminary Restoration is PASSED.

74255254 2015-04-28 I was on location to perform an inspection of this production well. The lease road has identification signs, is stable and is gated. The plunger lift well and tank battery are surrounded by a shared fence with razor wire on top. The plunger lift well is in good mechanical condition. The tank battery is properly identified and contains a dike, 100bbl production tank, poly brine tank, horizontal separator and a chart box. The well and tank battery contain locks and bull plugs. There are no violation at this time.
