| 2197510 | 2013-08-21 | No Violations Noted | On 8/21/2013, I performed an inspection of Energy Corporation of America's BartholomewB Unit 1MHS and 3HMS well site with Bill Keefer. The site is located in Cumberland Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed due to a request by the Operator for a Pre-operational inspection.
The new Act 9 Site ID sign was in place and legible. The E&S plan was on site with the site foreman, John Sollon. The well pad, access road and E&S controls were completed. There was several changes made to the E&S plan which were corrected on the site plan and approved by myself. Two topsoil stockpiles were eliminated and a boulder pile was added for silt retention upgradient from the silt sock. Small section of silt sock was requested in a E&S control gap downslope of the drill pad, which was on the site plan, but not installed. Operator stated that the silt sock would be installed immediately. All soil stockpiles were stable and recently seeded and mulched.
