Noted that a portion of the cut slope side of the pit wall was not properly graded toward the bottom of the pit. Spoke onsite with operator representative Chris Barret regarding this issue and recommended that the track-hoe onsite be used to grade the pit sidewall to slope towards the bottom of the pit.
1957445 2011-03-07 No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings and minimal fluids. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site.
1966052 2011-04-15 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, seeded & mulched. Once the site attains 70% uniform coverage the operator should remove the silt fence erosion control.

There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
