1874843	2010-03-26	No Violations Noted	Site is prepared but the well is not drilled. The area for the pit has been excavated, but it is not lined at this time. Site ID sign and E&S plan located. There is currently no erosion or sedimentation noted on the access road or well site. However, there is the potential for an E&S problem on the access road. The area below the culvert has a lot of potential to carry sediment down to the township road. To help prevent this, the drainage ditch along-side the access road should be lined with rock or vegetated as soon as possible. Operator representative Randy Morris was notified of the findings. He informed me that they will attempt to vegetate the ditch and crews will begin seeding and mulching in the next few days.
