2750673 Primary Facility 2018-07-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well was spudded on 7/6/2018. The cellar is 6'X6'. The conductor hole was drilled to 42' and has 42' of 30" pipe installed and cemented to surface. The well has been covered with a steel plate for safety until the top hole Rig arrives.

On this date, the drIlling rig was drilling at 346'. All equipment on site looked ok.

Mr. Bennett also states that operator intends to drill wells 5H, 6H, 7H, and 8H on this pad.

On this return date the finishing rig has TD'd the hole at 13,374 feet and was circulating and conditioning the hole prior to tripping out and running casing. The plan is to cement the 5 1/2" casing on the following day. The rig will be skidding over to the 1H well next.
