Site was not adequately and uniformly restored, also noted in O&G Inspectors report (ID1887087) conducted on 5/21/10. Less than 70% successful vegetative growth was exhibited and some accelerated E&S issues to the right of well pad, as well as ponding of water along grub/brush line was observed. It is recommended that operator reseed and mulch the site in order to properly, permanently restore the site and prevent any further E&S concerns. A second follow-up inspection will be conducted in the near future to inspect corrective measures taken. |
