The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Fiberglass brine tank stationed onsite. Chart recorder is dated 4/3/18. The well head and connecting pipes are being maintained; no corrosion or flakey paint were observed on this equipment. The separator is labeled with the well name, permit number, and operators contact information. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter around the production equipment. No combustible gases were detected.
