1058547384 2017-12-27 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of this well with DOGRM District Supervisor Stephen Ochs. The well was equipped with an electrically-driven pumping unit and the production valves were in the open position. At the time of my last inspection on 10/23/17, the belt was disconnected from the motor, and no belt had yet been installed at the time of this inspection. Production of 470bbl of oil, and 320 mcf of gas was reported for 2016.
1599536429 2017-03-06 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with ane electrically-driven pumpjack. The production valves were in the open position. The tank battery is labeled as sharing production equipment with PN#21938 and PN# 21943 and consists of three 200 bbl production tanks with each tank labeled as containing a single well, one 50 bbl brine tank, three vertical separators, three drip bottles, one meter run, and two digital meters. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike and a barbed-wire fence. The load line to the tanks production valve was equipped with a lock and plug.
1727647203 2017-10-23 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumping unit. The belt on the unit was disconnected from the motor, and the motor was running at the time of inspection. I contacted Enervest to make them aware of the disconnected belt. No changes have been made to the tank battery since my last inspection.
