At the time of inspection, there was no activity on site. The purpose of the inspection was to follow up on violations observed during an inspection completed on June 30, 2010. Based on my inspection, I observed the following: the four drums (including the leaking drum) of gear oil have been removed; the two drums labeled non-regulated waste have been removed; and the poly totes that were along the edge of the pad have also been removed from the site. Upon inspection of the ground surface in the area where the leaking drum was located, there is evidence of impacted soil still present. Remediation of this area which included removal of impacted soils is still required.
