2754701 Primary Facility 2018-07-23 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/23/2018 at approximately 0900, I met with Hannah McAvoy (Range Resources) at the Cowden William Well Site in Cross Creek Township, Washington County to assess permit conditions relative to permit termination requirements.

Overall, the site appeared to be stable with over 70 percent of vegetation growth, however some areas lacked vegetation due to mowing by the landowner. The berm on the eastern side of the well pad and the hill slope to the south of the well pad appeared to have been the areas most impacted by mowing. Neither of the areas lacking vegetation were large enough in area to lead to site instability.

The Act 9 sign was located at the access road entrance and was in good condition. All wells on site were clearly labelled and appeared to be in good condition. The production fluid/condensate tanks on site were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition. The GPUs on site were all in good condition.

The inspection of the project area confirmed that all requirements relat

Although vegetation growth in some areas of the site were lacking due to mowing by the landowner, it was determined that termination requirements had been achieved which resulted in Range Resources submitting a formal written Notice of Termination (NOT) request to the Department.

On 8/2/2018 at approximately 11:40, I conducted a site restoration inspection of the well site as a result of the operator submitted NOT request for the site ESCGP, ESG13-125-0076 in accordance with 25 Pa. Code 102.7.

Overall, the site appeared to be stable with over 70 percent of vegetation growth, however some areas lacked vegetation due to mowing by the landowner.
