Please note, that this site is labeled as Alliance Petroleum Corporation but Department records indicate that this well permit is still in Victory Energy Corporations name. I recommend submitting the proper work for the transfer to the Department or myself, so this change can be made in the Departments efacts records system.
The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. The chart recorder is dated 10/2/18 and the exterior of the chart recorder is labeled with the well permit name, number, and operator. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspect |
