No accelerated E&S issues were observed on well site or access road, but it is recommended operator continue to closely monitor all BMPs (filter fence and access road drainage) until final restoration activities are completed. Filter fabric fence was installed on the below gradient perimeter of well pad. Observed three pits on site, two lined, one of which contained frac fluids and cuttings and one unlined (empty). One pit (frac pit) exceeded the limits of the 2ft freeboard and as a result industrial waste(s) (cuttings) were discharged on the ground surrounding the pit; therefore, violations will be issued.
