The Act 9 sign was in place and clearly legible at the site entrance which is monitored by a guard. All required documentation was available on-site. The access road and the well pad are in good condition and the site is stabilized with vegetative growth. The secondary containment structures around the production tanks appears to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are labelled as required. No violations were noted during the inspection. |
