| 1421097318 | 2015-01-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | Performed an inspection on this well in response to a request from ODNR DOGRM Bonding/Surety Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is equipped for production as well as domestic use. The well consists of a gasoline powered pumping unit standing over 6.625 surface casing and 2.375 production tubing. The production tubing has a 2.5 poly line attached to it which runs to the production tank. The surface casing has a connection which runs to a drip and regulator and out to a horizontal mechanical separator, a domestic meter, and out to the Lankford residence. I spoke with Mr. (John) and Mrs.(Sharon) Lankford in person, and they stated that the well only sells oil, and all gas produced is used for domestic purposes. Sharon confirmed that she does have a bond with the state and has been paying severence taxes on the well. 34-167-66530-00-00 is the correct API number for the well. No identification is posted at the well or the tank. Sharon stated that she has ID plates for the well and will post them as soon as possible. No pollution or contamination issues were observed. |
