1396890293 2014-03-31 Nomac 74 in process of drilling the curve. No Violations found onsite. I re-examined the erosion controls on the North east corner of the site, near the toe. Two rows of addition silt fence has been installed and all sediment has been removed.
1551601721 2014-03-26 Tom Hill, Regional Manager, Rick Anderson, District Manager, and I Inspected this site today. Upon arrival we found the site in good order. While performing a walk around of the perimeter of the site we found an issue with the erosion control measures on the Northeast side of the site. We discussed the issue with the Company man, Chris. He called maintenance to schedule repairs. I will re-inspect in two days. Sediment buildup has exceeded 70% of the height of the filter sock situated at the toe of the pad.
