-900477000 2014-10-16 I was on site to conduct a final restoration inspection. The state database shows the well was plugged and abandoned on 8/7/1997. Upon inspection, the status in the state database is incorrect as the well is still present. The state database shows last production of the well was in 2011. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery is shared between #21205 (K. Fleming #1) and #21203 (K. Fleming #2).The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank utilized by #21203, a 100 bbl production tank utilized by #21205, a 35 bbl brine tank, and two horizontal separators, one with a domestic supply line attached to it. The tank valves are plugged and locked. There are meter boxes with current charts showing production. The dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with as plunger lift. The access road and site are stable. The operator will be contacted to address the production status of the well. Since the well exists, the status needs changed from PA to PR.
