The rig is tilting and the repairs are to correct this problem. I had a conference with Blake Arthur and Ron Trivisonno about the action required to remediate the sub soils. I was advised to have Chevron submit an engineered plan of remediation to Ron Trivisonno for him to approve before any further drilling could continue. Chevron told me that they have three engineers working the problem and would have a plan on Ron's desk for review shortly. | ||||
