| I performed status check inspection on the above well.  Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable through the Tod Cemetery.  The well was located within a locked chain-link enclosure that contained correct identification.  The 8.625 well head was below grade.  The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly.  Production valves were in the open position.  No leaks were observed.  A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment.  A locked chain-link fence enclosure was present on top of the dike.  Privacy screening on the fence was deteriorated.  Correct identification was present on the fence.  Equipment on location consisted of one (1) vertical separators and one (1) 140 bbl production tanks.  The separators remained in good repair.  No production charts were present.  The production tanks remained in good repair.  Valves were closed and plugged.  A charcoal filter was present.  Hatch lids were closed.  No violations were observed during this inspection.

| There was good vegetation growth around the location and on the location.  The drilling pits were filled in.  No drilling equipment was on location.  No erosion on location or lease road were found.  All the debris was removed.  This well and tank battery has passed preliminary restoration.

| The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-2994.  Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection.  RBDMS indicated reported production was current.  Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable through the Tod Cemetery.  The well was located within a locked chain-link enclosure that contained correct identification.  The 8.625 well head was below grade.  The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a casing gas powered pump jack.  Production valves were in the open position.  No leaks were observed.  Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present on the stuffing box and well head.  The staining was not live or fresh.  The Pittman arm bearing on the pumping unit appeared to be off center.  We returned a short time later when the logic box started the unit and witnessed the unit operating.  At the time of operation, the bearing was performing as designed.  No other issues were observed.  The tank battery was shared with #2-2995.  A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment.  A locked chain-link fence enclosure was present on top of the dike.  Privacy screening on the fence was deteriorated.  Correct identification was present on the fence.  Equipment on location consisted of two (2) vertical separators and two (2) 140 bbl production tanks.  The separators remained in good repair.  No production charts were present.  The production tanks remained in good repair.  Valves were closed and plugged.  Production fluid stained an area less than 1 square foot under the tank load out valves.  The staining was not fresh or live.  A charcoal filter was present.  Hatch lids were closed.  No violations were observed during this inspection.
