-1710142959 2014-07-12 On site along with Deputy Chief Bob Worstall to witness Halliburton pump kill fluid into well at 3000 psi and pressure started to drop and pump rate was increased and after pumping 130 bbl of fluid well was static and on slight vacuum and decision was made to rig up onto the next well.

Note: Prior to hooking up to the final well Rockwater Services rigged up flare stack and choke system so they could flare off any gas that was in wellbore.

-83128729 2013-11-18 The said well was spudded by on 11/12/2013 by Butche's Rat Hole with 100' of 20 conductor being set and cemented to surface, A 20 diameter mouse hole is being drilled with a 16 pipe to be set and cemented by grouting to surface with a .500 thick steel plate on bottom.
-862660902 2014-07-16 Status check on site inspection to witness the changing out of the well tubing head and master control valve, a bridge plug was set in the well head assembly on 07/15/2014 giving 2 levels of well bore protection to allow the well head assemblies to be changed out, the assemblies were pressure tested to 5,000 psi. Wells number 5-6&7 were in process of being stimulated on 06/28/2014 when a equipment fire broke out on location causing the chain of events leading the wellheads to be changed for structural integrity reasons.
1388194295 2013-12-27 On 12/27/13 485' of 13.375 surface casing was set and cemented to surface by Halliburton cement services with 10 barrels of cement returns to surface.
1391102853 2014-01-30 Status check inspection on the drilling process found the current depth to be 6,531' using a 8.5 diameter bit, the company is drilling with 12# mud and the last deviation survey was at 6,493' and showed a inclination of 45.64 and azimuth of 118.77 degrease.
1405440685 2014-07-15 Status check inspection to document the setting of a retrievable 10,000# cast iron bridge plug at a depth of 5,000' to isolate the well bore so surface work can be done to remove the equipment on location damaged by a fire on location on 06/28/2014. Horizontal wireline services were on location and a 10,000# retrievable plug was set at 5,000' the well was then pressure tested to 1,000 psi and the hole loaded with freshwater from the plug to surface.
888157840 2014-01-23 Status check inspection found Polaris drilling rig #14 has reached the total depth to be drilled on this current 1st intermediate 12.250 diameter well bore section at a total depth of 2740' and the 9.625 casing is currently being run in the hole with Halliburton cement services standing by to cement the casing. The casing tally was received and the cement job prognosis reviewed.
