73912560 2014-03-14 I inspected this well and tank battery on 3/14/2014. The tank battery consists of a 100 Bbl. Stock tank, 50 Bbl. Poly brine and vertical separator. The dike is insufficent on the North side to contain the fluids within the diked area. I found a unplugged drain pipe in the dike that would allow any fluids to breach the dike. The access road was graveled and passable. All the required identification was in place and legible. The proper spacing between the tank and separator was observed. All loadlines were secured and locked. The well consisted of a Churchill Model 40 pumping unit with the associated pumping well plumbing and was leak free. The electrical box was locked as required. In order to bring the Kuhar #1 into compliance the Owner shall remove the dike drain and rebuild the North side of the tank battery dike to a height sufficent to contain stored fluids. Owner shall use an impervious material to reconstruct the dike. No other violations were identified during this inspection. NONE(B)
