-1096142567 2008-04-02 Poulson is drilling ahead on fluid. The drilling should be completed later today. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition.
-1113776879 2014-02-03 I inspected this well on 2/3/2014. I observed at the wellhead that the fence gate was not locked, a 6" nipple from the motor valve was severly corroded and leaking. The 8.625" to 4.5" annular valve was closed. The wellhead was operated as a Plunger Lift well. The Tank battery consisted of 1- 100 Bbls. Stock tank, 2- 35 Bbls. poly Brine tanks, a verticle separator and gas measurement station. I observed a " ground union " from the separator was starting to leak. I spoke with Bob Schrock ( welltender for Beck Energy ) and told him of my findings. He said that he would shut-in the well on 2/3/2014 and replace the corroded nipple, get a lock for the well head fencing, tighten up the ground union on the separator. I asked him to get a pressure reading from the 8.625" to 4.5" annulus and relay it to me. I informed him that if the pressure is too excessive for the setting depth of the 8.625" casing ( 431' K B ) a pop-off valve would be required.
-2012705359 2008-06-12 The gate to the tank battery is down. I called David Beck who said that the gate had been left unlatched and the wind broke the gate off. I told him that the gate was required to produce the well and that the gate to both the wellhead and the tank battery needed to be locked.
-502856556 2008-05-07 The well is ready to turn on as soon as the required security fence has been installed around the well and the tank battery.
-962608719 2009-06-23 Preliminary restoration is approved.
1028251191 2008-04-01 Poulson Drilling encountered gas and oil at 3419' and switched from air/soap to fluid drilling. The change successfully controlled the odor.
1255030456 2009-09-22 The board on board fence that was placed around the wellhead and the tank battery after the well was drilled and completed has been replaced with a chain link fence with privacy slats. The change was made at the request of the property owner. Either material is acceptable for security and screening requirements.
1391702507 2014-02-06 I inspected this well to insure that the leaking nipples and hammer union on the wellhead had been replaced. I met with the well tender Bob Schrock who showed that the nipples and hammer union had been replaced and were no longer leaking. The gauge on the 8.625" to 4.5" annulus registered 258 psi I informed Mr. Schrock that a Pop-Off valve would have to be installed and plumbed to the tank. Maximum allowable pressure for the depth( 431' ) of casing is 130 psi. He said there would be one on within 2 weeks.
171317005 2009-06-04 I checked the site for preliminary restoration status. The seed has not germinated uniformly and large portions of the affected area are still bare ground. I called David Beck and requested that the area be reseeded and fertilized.
201663392 2008-03-25 Beck has started building the drilling location. The rig should arrive later this week.
400511931 2008-04-03 Poulson is drilling ahead on fluid and should be finished later today. The pits are lined, fenced and in good condition.
