180231270 2013-08-26 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a vertical separator. There were plugs on the load lines. All of the safety equipment was installed, except the activated charcoal filter. There were chain link fences with slats around the tank battery and well with locks. The dike met containment requirements. An identification sign was properly posted at the production tank, but not the well. The lease road was in good condition and part of the park drive. I called Todd Sutko at 330-506-2531. I instructed him to install the charcoal filter and an identification sign at the well.
