A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. The landowner requested that the gate be replaced. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. The pits were closed and the site was rough graded. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved. | |||
