Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. It was noted that the permit number was not legible on the housing for the chart located onsite. The operator should re-tag the well as soon as possible.
1968028 2011-04-25 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 12/11/08. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Seepage with a balck film was observed bubbling up out of the ground adajcent to the access road approximately 40 to 50 feet from the well head. Ms. Morhac's water well is located approximately 365 feet downgradient of the well head. A sample was taken of this seepage to be analyzed for general chemistry and metals.

Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Seepage area had been excavated, captured and carried to a culvert with a rock outlet. This should eliminate the runoff issues related to seepage and runoff flowing down the access road. Property owner was said to have been satisfied with these actions to address this issue according to operator representative Keith McDowell.
